I’m slowly working on design changes for my genealogy database website. Progress is slow due to the facts that I’ve been busy building a website for a client, plus my gardening & yard work.
I did inherit some of my parents, grandparents, great GPS talent for gardening. I’d say my thumb is semi-green as I’m just as likely to kill a plant as keep it alive. My yard varies between a zone 5 to 6 depending on our weather patterns. I’m close enough to the coast that we get weather moderation from the Pacific, but our location in the winter can be subject to hard Arctic outflow winds that travel through the valley from the Prairies. The valley used to be referred to as Okanagan North as there were farms and orchards throughout in the early 1900s. I’ll dig out some photos and post them.
